Who we are

AlphaPulse is a private, invitation-only beta of a financial analytics dashboard operated by AIgen Solutions S.r.l. (Italy), the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at privacy@aigensolutions.it.

What this service is (and is not)

AlphaPulse provides informational, portfolio-level analytics. It is not a regulated investment service and does not provide personalised investment advice. See our Terms of Service for details.

Personal data we process

• Account & authentication data: username, email address, and a securely hashed password (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google).

• Portfolio & financial data you provide: holdings, positions, and any portfolio information you enter or import for analysis. This data is used only to compute the analytics you request.

• Technical & usage data: IP address, browser/device information, and application logs, processed for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

Purposes and legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

We process your data to (a) provide and secure the service — performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in keeping the platform safe; (b) operate the private beta and improve the product — your participation and our legitimate interest; and (c) comply with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Data retention

We keep your account and portfolio data for as long as your beta account is active, and delete or anonymise it after the account is closed, subject to any retention period required by law. You can request deletion at any time (see your rights below).

Hosting and sub-processors

The service runs on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Run, region europe-west1, EU). We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers acting as processors on our instructions, and where required by law.

Security

Authentication uses encrypted, HTTP-only session cookies; passwords are stored only as salted hashes; data in transit is protected with TLS. We apply access controls and audit logging appropriate to a private beta.

Your rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@aigensolutions.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies

We use only strictly-necessary cookies required to keep you signed in and to protect the service (e.g. authentication and CSRF tokens). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

As this is an evolving private beta, we may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated to participants. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
