1. The service and the beta program
AlphaPulse is operated by AIgen Solutions S.r.l. (Italy) as a private, invitation-only beta. Access is granted to a closed circle of participants free of charge. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time during the beta.
2. Not investment advice
The analytics, figures, and any output provided by AlphaPulse are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument, and must not be relied upon as such. AIgen Solutions S.r.l. is not authorised to provide regulated investment services, and nothing in the service should be read as “consulenza in materia di investimenti”. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should seek advice from an authorised professional.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be invited to participate and must keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use at support@aigensolutions.it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the platform or other participants.
5. “As is”, no warranty
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the analytics are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIgen Solutions S.r.l. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the beta.
7. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
